We have created our payments and policies to be the most flexible as possible to fit your family’s needs and busy schedule.
Students can enroll at any time. We charge per lesson, not in flat payments per month, so you will never be overcharged. Monthly tuition is based on the amount of lessons per month, for example if your lessons are schedule on Mondays and there are only 3 Mondays in that month, then you will only be charged for the 3 lessons.
We require a credit card to keep on file to be charged on the 25th of each month prior. Cash or check will be accepted if paid prior to the automatic billing date.
No contracts are required. No outrageous 30-day cancellation notice required. Simply cancel your lesson before the automatic billing date on the 25th and you will be charged nothing.
Make-up lessons will be provided if 24-hour notice of a missed lesson is given. Notice can be given by contacting us by email, phone call or even texting our studio number, for your convenience. If proper notice is given you can also chose to use it as credit for next months tuition. This is most often used during spring breaks or vacations.
The Music School will be closed on the following major holidays: New Years (January 1st & 2nd), MLK Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday), December Holidays (December 24th – 31st).
Students with lessons that land on the outlined holidays can chose to schedule a make-up lesson or a reduced rate for that month.
